Pilates is good for everyone. Everyone, from adolescence to old age, regardless of their body type, medical conditions, or injuries, can benefit from practicing it. You will gain a stronger core, a healthier, more flexible, and balanced body so that you can be more active and healthy.
THE PILATES METHOD


Originally, Joseph H. Pilates called it Contrology (the mind's control over the body), and it was incorporated from his time into the development of the potential of all types of people, including elite athletes and dancers.
The method is the result of a lifetime of studying the human body and its correct functioning, which consists of performing a series of exercises in a specific order on a mat and with special apparatus designed by himself.
These exercises develop the body and mind in a coordinated and uniform way, providing STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, AND CONTROL through movement.
